To whom it may concern,
In June 2020 Hilton Auckland needed to undertake some repairs in the Properties Main Kitchen.
The entire Kitchen needed to be stripped of all fixtures, and fittings.
As we were moving down the Covid levels, we still needed to provide Food & Beverage services to our Guests & Team Members.
Host Service were recommended through one of our service providers.
From the first phone conversation, the entire process was seamless.
The Team at Host Service had 2 Container Kitchens based in Auckland, and were able to swap equipment around to meet the needs of our Executive Chef.
On the day of delivery Host Service had a Technician attend site, to assist with the commissioning of the equipment.
The Container Kitchen, and Equipment were top of the line, very well maintained, and spotless.
A full list of after-hour’s service providers was supplied, in the event any of the equipment developed a fault during hire. (It didn’t)
Every detail was well thought out, down to the regular delivery of gas bottles.
Communication at every level was excellent.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Host Service to anyone requiring a Container Kitchen.
