The Frymate sits within your fryer and catches any large crumbs. Simply lift out during or after cooking, and discard the particles. This helps to keep your oil cleaner so it lasts for longer. The Frymate is fully constructed from Stainless Steel and filters out particles down to 550 microns.
We recommend using in conjunction with the Vito Filter machine, to ensure all particles down to 5 micron are removed.
