We enjoyed working with the team from design right through to the completion of this project.
We worked through serveral challenges in the design stage, including getting adequate ducting to the canopies, due to seismic engineering on the building. To overcome this, the two Houno combi ovens have their own integral condensing canopies to capture steam. Plinth style benching is used throughout the kitchen, ensuring easy cleaning.
The state of the art laundry features French Danube washers and dryers. These are fitted with an Acqua bac system, which stores water from the washing machine rinse cycle for reuse in the wash cycle. This contributes to an extremely energy efficient laundry!
In the heart of Central South Island, the Boots and Jandles Hotel of Omarama has been undergoing a major refurbishment. Hostservice were excited to deliver a container kitchen to allow the restaurant and bar to continue operations while the works were completed.
