Being part of the Helier project was a great priviledge. We worked with the architects and Oceania team to create a kitchen that allowed top of the line meals to be cooked in.
The kitchen features an open servery through to the dining area, showcasing one of two hot cooking lines. This creates a sense of inclusion and restaurant vibes adding to the luxury of the facility. The layout of the kitchen has a well thought out flow and distinct areas for key tasks such as vege prep, meat prep, baking and serving ensuring that work in the kitchen is carried out as efficiently as possible.
In addition to the main kitchen, there is a cafe and servery kitchens for the other levels, all designed to give the best resident experience.
When we were approached by Set Piece to provide a kitchen facility so they could cater for a film crew, in the beautiful down south, we couldn't of been more excited to start working with Set Piece to design their kitchen container amongst the spectacular serenity!
